Youthworks Vintage is a Manchester-based social enterprise and non-profit. We work with young people aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment, or training — connecting them to real careers through vintage fashion, sustainability, and apprenticeships.

Youthworks Vintage isn't just training — we run livestreams and an online shop selling vintage and streetwear direct to customers. Our apprentices and workshop participants learn by doing it for real: shooting product photos, writing listings, packing orders, and building an audience on Depop, Vinted, and Instagram.
